The cottage overlooks the marsh, where blue heron and egrets fish, then straight out to the ocean, where you can watch the Swan's Island Ferry, yachts and sailboats cross.  Property is adjacent to Back Beach and walking  distance from Thurston's Lobster Pier and Bernard antique stores.
