LAYOUT:  FIRST LEVEL: Gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room with sleep sofa. Full bath with laundry. Bedroom with a double bed. 2ND LEVEL - LOFT: Accessible by a steal spiral staircase (may not be suitable for the older guest or small children). Loft bedroom with a queen size futon. Ceilings are low and you can not stand up.
