LAYOUT: FIRST LEVEL: Enter to a tiled mudroom with immediate access to a large kitchen with water views. The adjacent dining room seats 8-9 easily with room for more. You'll enjoy the feel of the spacious yet very cozy living room with its hardwood floors and the wood burning fireplace. Also on this level find a full bathroom with a large shower (no tub) and laundry closet. SECOND LEVEL: Upstairs the family room with a queen sized sleeper sofa offers spectacular views of the working harbor, and provides additional space for relaxation. There's also access to an upper balcony from this room. Find three bedrooms on this level-- the largest is set with a king bed and has a dedicated office space (with views, in case your mind wanders from time to time!) A second bedroom has a full size bed, and the third bedroom on this level has a queen bed. One full bath with tub and shower is found on this level as well. THIRD LEVEL: Open stairs lead to the sunny, lofted space with a full-sized bed. This "bedroom" is open to the second floor family room below. Note that these stairs are steep and narrow, so are not suited for the very young or those with mobility issues.
