This home is located on the outskirts of  Southwest Harbor within walking distance to the Manset Town dock and island ferries,  boat rentals, the shore, restaurants, the Catholic & Congregational Church as well one of the free Island Explorer bus stops.   There is also a right-of-way that leads to the Shore Road with ocean access for kayaks.
LAYOUT:   FIRST LEVEL: Great room (kitchen/dining/living room), study with a twin trundle bed, bathroom with a shower, master bedroom with a queen bed. Laundry area. SECOND LEVEL: Bedroom with a double bed, full bath, bedroom with 2 twins, sitting area in loft with table for games, puzzles or computer. OTHER: The lower level has access to the backyard and path to shore, a game area with ping pong table, dart board and a double bed and tv. This house is equipped with an outside ramp to the first floor and handicap bars in the first floor shower. It is not ADA approved, however.

The house can sleep 9 - 10 comfortably with the trundle bed and double bed in the lower level. There is ample space for porta cribs and air mattress.

Dogs must be crated when left alone in the property.
