Can also be rented with LK4-M1. *Not recommended for small children due to low railings on the decks. LAYOUT: FIRST LEVEL: Offering an open room (Living room, dining area and Kitchen), 1/2 bath with laundry facilities downstairs. SECOND LEVEL: Master bedroom with full size Murphy bed, private deck, family room with a double futon as well as a ladder that leads to a partial attic  that has 2 mattresses and a skylight.
