DESCRIPTION: Built in 1999, this lovely light filled Cape is situated on a pretty 2 acre wooded lot just off the Crooked Road. Located close to Townhill, Folkestone Cottage is about 10 minutes from Bar Harbor and about  5 minutes from the main entrance to Park Loop Road and Acadia National Park.
LAYOUT: Everything in this house is completely brand new from furniture to kitchenware in 2003. The kitchen has an island with two barstools and the dining area seats 6 comfortably. Glass doors off the dining area lead to a back deck with gas grill, which looks out to a large back lawn area. The living room opens to the kitchen and half bath with washer/dryer is located in the downstairs hall. Bedroom #1 downstairs is the master with a queen bed and private bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Bedrooms #2 & #3 are upstairs, one with a queen and one with 2 twins, with a full bath in-between them.
