Formal dining room w/ seating for  - 10, glass doors lead to the "Oak Room" with working fireplace and wood panels. this room has sliding glass doors leading to a small deck overlooking the water. Formal living room with fireplace and door to the porch right at the waters edge. Powder room. SECOND LEVEL: Great landing, "Chapel" bedroom with 2 twin beds. Bedroom with 2 twin beds & a fireplace (sorry cant' be used) and access to a small deck. 3/4 bath.  Bedroom with a king bed, full bath and access to a private deck. Full bath. "Book Room" bedroom with a queen bed, private balcony & fireplace (not usable). Small bedroom with a single bed  and fireplace (not usable). Bedroom with a king bed, fireplace (not usable) and a full bath.
